Terms of Service(ご利用規約)

✦ PRODUCTION FLOW (制作フロー)
1. Once I receive your request, I’ll provide a quote and estimated schedule.
-ご依頼を受け次第、お見積もりと制作スケジュールをご提示します。
2. Full payment is required upfront.
-ご依頼者様からのお支払い。全額前払い。
3. I will begin the process and provide a rough sketch and color draft (up to 3 revisions allowed).
-制作開始。スケッチラフとカラースケッチをご提出します。修正は3回まで。
4. I will move on to the final linework (minor revisions only).
-ラフを清書します。小さな修正のみ対応可能。
5. Final delivery in PSD or PNG format.
-最終チェック後、納品。PSD または PNG。-------------------------✦ GENERAL (一般事項)
・I usually send the initial proposal within 3 days of receiving your request.
-通常、ご依頼から3日以内にご提案をお送りします。
・I accept commissions based on the content, your past work, and communication style.
-ご依頼内容・過去の活動実績・ご連絡の丁寧さ等に基づき、お受けするかを判断いたします。
・Unless otherwise requested, I may share the finished work on my social media.
-特にご要望がない場合、完成した作品は私のSNSに掲載させていただく場合があります。
・Please note that my pricing may change in the future.

・Depending on complexity, delivery may take 2 weeks to 1 month.

・All copyright remains with the artist.
-制作した作品の著作権は全てアーティストに帰属します。
・For commercial use, please inform me in advance as it will require an additional fee.
-商用利用をご希望の際は、追加料金が発生しますので、事前に必ずお知らせください。Prohibited Use: AI & NFTs (AI・NFTへの利用禁止について)
The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, NFT minting, or as material for AI-generated images.
If such usage is discovered, I reserve the right to charge additional fees or refuse any future commissions.
Please respect the artist’s rights and creative integrity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
-納品した作品は、NFT化、AI学習への利用、AI生成画像の素材としての使用を一切禁止しています。
これらの目的で使用されたことが判明した場合、追加料金の請求または今後のご依頼をお断りさせていただきます。-------------------------✦ REFUNDS (返金・キャンセル)
・If the client violates the terms, the artist has the right to cancel the order.
-ご依頼者が本規約に違反した場合、アーティストは注文をキャンセルする権利を有します。
・If payment has not been made, the client may cancel by sending a cancellation message.
-未払いの場合、ご依頼者は注文のキャンセルを希望する旨のメッセージを送ることで、キャンセルが可能です。
・In cases of forced refunds (e.g., chargebacks), the client forfeits all rights to the artwork. The artist retains full ownership and may resell or reuse the artwork.Any client who initiates a forced refund will be blacklisted from future commissions.
-第三者を通じた強制的な返金請求(チャージバックなど)が行われた場合、該当作品に関するすべての権利は契約者から剥奪され、アーティストが自由に利用・再販できるものとします。このような事態が発生した場合、今後のご依頼はお受けできません。-------------------------✦ PAYMENTS (お支払い方法)

I do not accept commissions for copyrighted characters or fan art out of respect for intellectual property rights.
Please make sure to request only original content.
I kindly ask that you take a moment to review and understand the basics of copyright before submitting a request.

While I occasionally draw specific canon pairings as personal work, I do not take requests for romantic content in commissions.

Please note that I do not accept commissions involving romantic pairings with canon characters (such as OC x canon or ship-focused compositions).
These themes are outside my creative style, and I appreciate your understanding.
